Hi, We are looking for someone who can help us by taking care of our pets, until we find a permenant rental that accepts them. We have been living in tempory accomodation since April, after moving back from Melbourne, and need to find a new carer for our pets. One that is closer to us. They have been staying in Brisbane, 1.5 hours away, and the distance has made it very difficult to see them. Our boys are sweet old dears. We have Monny, our cat, who is around 8 years old. And Midge and Dunk, our 5 year old Zebra Finches. They have all been through so much with us, including huge amounts of travel lately. They just need a quite place to settle for now. I will provide food or money for food, and would love to be able to visit once a week, at least. Or at the very least, just get updated on how they're going. They are good boys, and don't require much energy to care for them. We would greatly appreciate someone who loves animals, and is happy to be open to how long they need to stay, as we can't take them home until we find a suitable space. I just needed to find work in order to find a rental, and now I have, so it shouldn't be too long until we find one. I am on a tight budget too, so i would appreciate if it can be done for around $50 per week, plus extra for food. I am willing to negotiate if necessary. I look forward to hearing from our new carer! I will need a puppy sitter from around midday Sat 5th June right through to evening Sunday 6th June. I can drop him to you and of course supply everything you need. He is mostly house trained and sleeps in his crate at night time without a fuss.
