Clean a rug (about 2.5x3.5m) which has two stains (puppy pee). One stain about a month ago, the other a couple of months. Were not discovered immediately. Have tried to remove.

It's a tropical fish tank with fish in it. I inherited it and don't know how to properly clean it, I give it a clean every month but things like replacing the pebbles at the bottom of the tank and fixing the filter are too difficult for me alone.
