-- International sports tournament for unique niche sport -- Apologies for the accidentally cryptic nature of the original post... I actually didn't' realise I had posted the draft! We are looking for a photographer to take photos at the 2022 Pacific Fistball Championships, to be held in Geelong on Oct 22-23. Teams featuring will be Australia, New Zealand, Japan and India. It is a sport similar to volleyball, but played outside on a (much larger) grass field, with a single bounce allowed between each hit. We are looking to capture moments from this tournament that can be used for future marketing of the sport, and I have attached similar examples of what we would be looking for, both in quality of photos taken and the types of photos. It may be clear from the examples, but we would really like to see photos that show the sport at its most dynamic - smashes, dives, clean hits, desperate hits and passion from the players. Ideally the photographer would be available for most of Sunday (late morning and into the afternoon) to capture the biggest range of teams/players and opportunities for good shots, but open to a later start if need be, to ensure the final positional matches are covered. We are a tiny sporting organisation, so we're limited in what we can offer financially... but willing to pay a reasonable rate and also provide lunch, dinner and drinks for the duration.
