We are looking for a photographer who has experience in corporate events. We are hosting a conference on Wednesday 19th March in Sydney. We will need a photographer to capture the day between the hours of 2:00pm – 4:30pm. 2:00 – 2:30pm Our guests will be networking, and we will need photos of people socialising and food/room setup. 2:30 – 3:30pm Conference presentation, we will need photos of the presentation, our speakers, guests listening. 3:30pm – 4:30pm Celebration speech followed by drinks and canapes; we will need photos of speaker, people socialising, food/room setup.

We have a 2 hour event starting with canapes & drinks then guests will take their seats and listen to one of our Directors speak followed by a break. We then have a special keynote speaker talking, followed by Q&A and final networking with food & drinks. The video editing of this job is very important as we need both presentations captured well.
