We have an all-hands meeting and need a photographer to complete our headshots at 5:30pm, for 14 people. We have the top floor boardroom booked at UTS, which also has an outdoor terrace so we will be able to choose based on lighting and backdrop. Photographer to bring own equipment and be responsible for post-editing. Will pay for travel.

Videographer required for an event at a conference for 2 hours. Time is 11:20-1:30 Satuday The location is at University Technology Sydney (Ill let you know the exact room I can meet you). I am happy to pay for your parking if required. if you could please be there a tad early to say hi (because I am running the show after start) If possible, if we could have a 10 minute phone call prior to the event so I can let you know what we are after on the day. I need a variety of short b-roll shots and photos to use for marketing and an upcoming course I am writing and recording for our business. We run tabletop exercises. This event is at a conference with 50+ people in a room running a giant board game about a pandemic. Hopefully, it will be a fun shoot for you! So, a range of shots like people discussing, thinking, having a good time, looking at the materials, rolling dice, as well as me directing the game. We have an editor so a raw footage/photo dump on a google drive is find after the event. I am happy to answer any questions.
