We have ~15 frames we need to hang up in our apartment. Largest is 3 that are 50x60cm and smallest being 21x31cm. We know where we want them and have a bunch of adhesive strips and hooks but might need more. Some frames we will add wire ourselves (pictured). It’s a rental so no drilling. Looking for a handyman who can rehang a door - see attached photos - slotted screws I can't get out. Plus, we have a number of pictures that need hanging up and some silicon work on guttering, plus sealing windows - happy to pay a day rate as we have various job that need doing!

I need someone to drill five holes just below the cornice in a masonry wall to install a slimline gallery rail, which is to hang up pictures. I have the wall plugs and screws to 35 mm but do not have the strength to drill that far into the wall to secure the rail.
