Hanging your art

Hang a framed picture. To go on a plastered wall. I’m pretty sure it’s brick behind the plaster, so needs a hammer drill. I don’t have a suitable plug/screw, so please provide. Picture to hang is ~120 x 80cm canvas. Not unusual or heavy. It would be great to get a local who can just swing by and do it today or tomorrow.
