Hello I’m looking for a yoga/Pilates instructor to come to my house once or twice a week to do a lesson with me and my 2 children. One of my children has low and weak muscle tone and is very tight, we need to strengthen and stretch his muscles. He does a lot of therapy so I think if my other son and I do it with him he will feel like it’s more a fun family activity then more physio ect. We live at Indooroopilly Tuesday and Thursday afternoons are best for us around 5-6:30pm start. Must be trained In yoga or Pilates. And have some idea about working with children so he doesn’t get hurt
