I need a horticulturist to recommend plants for my planter box, I want evergreen plants that will thrive and be easy to maintain. Once decided need help with planting them.

Planter box with frangipani tree is untidy and overgrown. I seek to have it tided up, weeds removed and new material (eg pebbles) or replacement plants/shrubs put in new - with low maintenance requirements (ongoing). Obviously keep the large rock that’s there. And keep the tree. Just tidy/replace around the base. Dimensions in marked photo.
