I am looking to get some water damaged plaster replaced. The damage is around an existing bathroom intake grille which was removed during the leak repair process so the grille would need to be reseated as well. Also, would your service cover replacing our existing inline exhaust fan, it is quite loud and doesn't seem to move a whole lot of air.
