We require the installation of 4 x internal walls in a commercial premises in Alderley, Brisbane. These will be in 2 x sets (two are side by side in one area and the other two are side by side in another area). The building is on the older side and although the flooring is new laminate, the ground isn’t level. The ceiling is square acoustic tiles. The rooms aren’t particularly big, although I don’t have the exact measurements yet, they’re the size of a small massage treatment room.

Installing a new curtain rod 250cm from ground. Replacing an existing rod and brackets. Need plasterboard screws and double curtain rod bracket installed above glass doors. Old Holes patched.

Approximately 4-5 holes in various walls in our home require repairing and repainting.

Hi, We are looking for a builder/carpenter that can help us with alterations and additions to walls (drywalling) in fitting out a new office space. We will be getting keys for the space in the coming days, so looking to get quotes and started on this project soon. It will be around 100m of new walling that needs to be put in (with insulation) and a few doors, etc. The suspended ceiling is 2.4m high and the wall stops at the ceiling height. Replace 2 x water damaged ceiling areas

Needing very minor plastering work done, pictured (5 in total). Not needing paint matching at this stage but will pay for that too if offered and priced well.

2 layers of skim coat already applied to these walls (approx 8m of wall, 2m high) Final finishing later required because I’m not skilled enough for a smooth finish. I have Gyprock base coat 60 available. - Due date: Flexible

I got 6 new lights and 3 fans installed causing some damage to the ceiling around the installation areas. Please see photos attached for details as I wrote some text on the photos to explain it better. I have 2 areas where split system air conditioners have been removed. I require someone to fill and sand the holes left behind so that the wall is finished ready for painting. (Painting not required) Ceiling height is 2600mm, so working height is around 2300mm I have a platform ladder available at the house if needed. - Due date: Needs to be done on Monday, 15 August 2022

Kitchen plaster 3700mm long by 600mm wide plaster 1600mm long By 560mm wide ish Main back room around door. 450mm by 2200mm H 500mm by 2200mm H 900mm by 170mm H Laundry fibro/villa board for wet area 2200 high by 1950 W See photos. I can help over the wkend lift sheets if needed or you can do next week. Plasterboards and fibro will be supplied by me and here ready. Need it installed, and do setting/edging and sanded. Need experienced plasterer to supply and install plaster sheets to timber framing on two new walls, inside and outside of frame. Both walls 3700mm, ceiling height 2700mm. 5 ceiling holes created by electrician also needs patching - as per photo. Happy to pay fair hourly rate for a professional job, $100 is for the first hour only. Can start work immediately, would like it completed by mid Feb at the latest.

Cracks in plasterboard in roof of entryway, looking to sell our house so need a cosmetic repair which includes painting over the repair (paint provided). Photos attached.

Need to repair plaster from water damage. Roof is now repaired.. around 45cm square.

Requiring someone skilled to repair a hole in a plasterboard wall where a tv is being mounted. Plaster has been screwed back to the studs, it just requires filling, repairing joins and sanding so it’s ready to paint.
