Water damaged gyprock needs to be cut out and patched. The area will be approx 50x50cm. Materials need to be supplied as part of the job No painting or sanding, I will do that.

I need someone who can inspect a corner of a bedroom for mould and tell me how I should remediate it (ie if replacing is okay or if the wall needs more complex remediation). We recently had a new range hood installed and there is a small gap in the roof where the top of the duct meets the ceiling that requires plastering and painting.

I had a bedroom wall gyprock repaired and I'm not happy with the finish. At night under low light you can see the rippled finish. I want the joints replastered. Area affected is half of one wall. House in Annandale.
