Hi - need quote to repair water damage to garage ceiling. see photos attached

We recently had a wall heater removed and need a plasterer to patch up the hole. We also require plaster next to our bathroom ceiling light (see images).

A few jobs that need done. Screwing into brick: 1. 2x bike racks on the garage 2. Small 25cm x 10cm outdoor light, screw in brick wall 3. Screw in TRX suspension weight training on exterior wall 4. Install LINK™ 12-Piece Wall Kit - RYOBI for tools in garage on regular plaster wall. Need help with where to put it, considering there could be pipes or electric wires behind the wall.

I’m looking for someone to fix 5 plaster defects including one with a cornice. We have the cornice to be replaced but will need the plaster supplied by you. I have attached photos of the defects. Let me know if you have any questions

We had some ceiling lights recently replaced and now have the following holes to be patched: 1 x 10cmx8cm hole 2 x 8cmx6cm holes We have an additional area (of the same ceiling) which was subject to some water damage which also needs attention (see pic). Looking for someone's pro opinion on whether this needs plastering as well , or just a paint job. The ceiling in question is the living room on the ground floor of a single storey unit. We work from home so can accomodate most times of the day.

Coat/hang plasterboard. Install cornice. Sand and finish. Two coats. Timber between two nib walls needs to be trimmed and ceiling needs to be patched. A good half day of work. I’m the builder. Let me know if keen.

9 relatively small holes need patching. 2 holes are outside under a verandah and remaining 7 are inside. I have plaster sheet and already. Need it completed in the Tuesday 05/02 Morning. Doesn't need sanding, I can complete that once dry. - Due date: Needs to be done on Tuesday, 6 February 2024
