Anchor point in plaster cieling for curtrain rod failed and tore out a patch of plaster. Need the plaster repaired and a new anchor point installed for curtain rod.

Approx 4m2 of brickwork to be hard plastered. I have removed the old render in spots due to mould. I have cleaned the wall and applied a 1:4 bondcrete:water mix as recommended by bondcrete. Seeking skilled renderer to apply scratch coat, top coat and plaster. I gave it a go myself but suck at it. A friend has accidentally put a hole in our wall in the staircase and we need a plasterer to come and fix the defect today while I'm working from home. I believe it's a gyprock wall. The hole is approximately 2.5 - 3m high so a ladder may be required. As you can see in the photos I can reach the hole standing on the staircase but i'm 188cm tall.
