Part above window is a triangle: 2m 15cm wide, and 35 cm tall. Plus there’s some missing architraves around the walls If you can do painting too, can you include an optional pricing for that? Separately there’s also a single wood rot damaged balustrade’s newel post needing replacement- could you please also quote that?

The hole for a heat lamp was cut into the ceiling underneath a beam. Now the hole is not deep enough to push the ceiling lamp inside. The hole needs to be moved.
