As per photos. Wall has been damaged due to water leak. Holes need to be filled. Re sheet the damaged gaps and dints in wall and plaster, sand over.

2x holes in wall. 1 approx 15cm diameter and other aprox 10cm diameter.

Cornice put up in the kitchen, sanding, painting kitchen dinning and hallway

We need the following done in 1 room: - Sheeting up up half exposed wall underneath window - patching up holes in room from previous electrical sockets - plastering the edges of new walk-way (may need some minor framing - timber supplied if needed). Hubby can assist with minor framing there if needed. - plastering up the existing door way (creating a continuous wall there). Hubby will frame it up for you beforehand. Refer to pictures.

Just removed three lights, and there are these little holes left after the removal. Need it patched, so I can paint over it. See attached for reference.

2 plaster jobs required. 1. Patch a hole in the ceiling where an old light fitting was located roughly 40cmx1m 2. Remove some water damage next to ceiling cornise around 40cm long and 5cm wide. 3. Possible third, a small hole that me made checking for further water damage, will be a small patch job on an internal wall. How much extra to paint the repair jobs? I don't know how much is reasonable to ask. So I've just picked a number. Can provide photos of the job.
