To repair water damaged plaster ceiling

There are 2 ceilings in different rooms that require plaster repairs and painting. Approx 5m2 in total.

Bathroom ceiling needs a fresh plaster and paint as well as need to fix the heat lamp and exhaust fan

Plaster 1 small hole on ceiling

Install cornice(provided) roughly 4m - corners need to be neatly cut as they are already installed

Plaster repair, prepare and painting of lounge and dining room. The task includes: - Replace air vent inlet (large) with modern cover (open to what you think looks good). - Replace three air vents (each approx. 15 x 30 cm) with flush wall mounts. - Repair lounge room ceiling cracks - Remove wood strips in dining room (between roof/ceiling and roof/beam. Fill/repair cracks/gaps. - Prepare and paint lounge and dining room. Ceiling white (ceiling and beam), Greyolody 1 (walls), white (floor trim). Please see attached pictures

Needs someone experienced to fix the bathroom ceiling. Budget flexible depends on how the work is done(repair vs replace etc).
