JOB 1 PLASTERER Job 1a: Ceiling Our back room extension to our house is 7 M by 3.7M, the roof is a flat metal, and has leak in it for years that has impacted at least 3 – 4 of the plasterboard roofing sheets, one of which has almost completely come off the roof beam. The job needs to be assessed, however we believe at least 2 – 3 of the plasterboard sheets on the ceiling need replacing. Once an assessment is done and a quote is completed, we propose I would do the demolition of impacted sheets myself, the main reason being that I need to lodge a separate job for a roofer to do the leak fix (the leak is best assessed when the plasterboard is not there), I do want an item line on the quote for the disposal of the plaster boards. Interested in quotes from any suitably qualified people that can replace the ceiling plasterboard, if there is someone qualified to fix the leak AND do the plasterboard happy to see quotes including the rook leak. - Due date: Flexible

I need someone to replace the plaster in the laundry. Fill the 2 holes and replace the plaster on the side with tiles and mould (just that section). Please supply the plaster and join the seams. Needs to be done tomorrow afternoon/night please - Due date: Needs to be done on Thursday, 18 May 2023

Hang plasterboard and set joints/screwholes (base coats and top coat) to three walls: 1 x 5700 X 2400 wall (14 sqm) and 2 x 4000 x 2400 walls (4.4sqm each excl windows). This will include bringing plasterboard to upper storey. 2. Set top coat only to ceiling area: 1500 X 1500 (2.3sqm) 3. Set top coat only to external and internal corner wall: 600 X 2400 (1.4sqm) We will demolish the existing three walls mentioned above before you start. - Due date: Flexible
