Seems to be a straight forward job - power off - unscrew PowerPoint from wall - plaster in - sand - reattach PowerPoint I would expect total time on site is <1 hour

Hey there; we are looking for someone to construct walls around our new return air vent which is was installed with our central heating system. We would also like the cornices + picture rail to match in with the existing ones, we have some spare matching skirting board to use at the base.

Hole is from 300mm diameter vent in bathroom ceiling. 12 mm Gyprock. Need to plaster patch the hole left by vent but no painting needed. The ceiling must be smooth so painter has a good surface.
