Plasterboard to extension into garage and other small details

I have a wall mounted shelf unit that needs to be cut to make room for a split system AC above. After the height is adjusted plaster will need to be laid and finished ready for painting. Not sure but some timbers might need to be laid for the additional plaster.

Needing someone to patch and sand (not paint) two small sets of holes (see pics). We are home this afternoon and tomorrow afternoon and would like it done one of those days. If you’ll need to come for plaster and come back separately to sand can you let me know with your offer please.

Electrician had to remove 2 ceiling lamps to install fans leaving 2 big holes behind. Need the holes to be fixed plastered and painted.

Damage to plaster on hall archway

There are approximately 50 square metres of plaster and ceiling frames to remove. Remove nails, screws, and clips as best as possible as well. The ceiling height is 3.3 metres. A skip will be provided on-site next to the ceiling. Electrical and lights will be isolated.

Have one electrical wall socket that needs to be plastered in. I am pretty comfortable plastering and with home improvements but unsure if this is electrical work, requires the household power to be off and can only be done be a licensed professional. Seems to be a straight forward job - power off - unscrew PowerPoint from wall - plaster in - sand - reattach PowerPoint I would expect total time on site is <1 hour

Hey there; we are looking for someone to construct walls around our new return air vent which is was installed with our central heating system. We would also like the cornices + picture rail to match in with the existing ones, we have some spare matching skirting board to use at the base.

Hole is from 300mm diameter vent in bathroom ceiling. 12 mm Gyprock. Need to plaster patch the hole left by vent but no painting needed. The ceiling must be smooth so painter has a good surface.
