we would like a internal wall removed (non load bearing) to make the bedroom bigger so we can add an ensuite and WIR to the room on the other side of the wall (the room is just a storage room, that is semi detached, we enter this room from going out through the laundry, there is no internal door), we would like the door filled in (plastered over on the inside and happy to discuss options for the exterior).
