I have a botched ceiling plaster replacement that was water damaged. The previous person did a dodgy job and did not fully replace the full ceiling plaster of the room, instead they cut out around the cornices and attempted to only replace the middle bit. Room dimension: ~1.5m x 1.2m Tasks needed done to my best knowledge: - Remove all existing cornices and ceiling plaster - Re-do the cornices and ceiling plater (preferably the ceiling plaster get put up in a single piece) - Drill hole for the light - 2 coat paint the newly installed stuff + one part of the unpainted wall (picture 3). - Due date: Flexible
