I will be removing 3 window ACs and need the inside plastered up and ready for painting. There are also 6 down light holes that need filling and roughly 3 extraction fan holes in the roof that need to be filled. No painting required.

I have a few holes that need patching and painting back to original colour, they are not to big but some are medium size

plastering Patch up 400mmx 400mm square duct cealing holes 6 off and paint to match the existing cealing paint

Plasterer to stop up and finish 2 x “cove” cornice / 3.7m 4 x internal angles / 2.6m

I need an experienced plasterer to install a 55mm plaster cornice along the top of a custom-built IKEA bookcase. The cornice will adhere to two different surfaces: the ceiling (painted) and a melamine filler panel installed at the top of the bookcase. My key requirement is to ensure the bottom edge of the cornice maintains a symmetrical gap (or close to it) with the bookcase filler panel, even though the ceiling and floor are uneven. The bookcase spans approx 5.7meters, and the cornice will run along its full length and should join the existing cornices to make internal corners. As the ceiling and floor are uneven, so some trimming or filling may be necessary to achieve a neat, level appearance. Please include the cost of materials in your quote as none will be provided.

The ceiling in one of the upstairs bedrooms is sagging. Wanting to get a plasterer to inspect and quote on how much it would cost to repair. There are also some hairline cracks along the plaster and also an exposed nail.

Remove plaster ceiling from a 3 bedroom home and neatly through in skip bin (provided by me)

I’m looking to hang some photos on the wall, but unfortunately the previous owners of the property left a rather unsightly cord cable holder and TV antennae point in the worst place! See attached. I need both removed, and re-plastered / painted please. Also, whomever did the previous plaster job next to it wasn’t solid enough and now it’s starting to cave in. See pictures. We have several holes in walls to be plastered ready for painting. Approximate dimensions: Room 1: 900mm x 840mm Room 2: 670mm x 470mm Plus 3 x small (electrical switches removed) Room 3 (laundry): 1060mm x 600mm Plus 1070mm x 1500mm (roughed in taps to plaster around) Room 4: 1000mm x 660mm Room 5 (pantry lining): 2 panels 1330mm x 500mm and 1 panel 1330mm x 700mm Room 6: one small approx 100mm round hole in ceiling Query what to do about patch which is still intact but the paper surface layer of the plaster is all torn (see photo) - can this be smoothed out for painting or should it be replaced too? Please let me know your availability with your offer too. We’re hoping for sooner the better so we can start painting. I have a new wall and need it plastered - Due date: Flexible

The hole on the drywall ceiling in the garage needs to be repaired. There was a water leak above the ceiling which caused this hole (the water leak is now fixed. The area has dried out and now needs to be repaired. The area around the hole is sagging as can be seen from the pictures, those parts need to be repaired and fixed as well. - Due date: Flexible

To replace in ceiling due to partial collapse approx 37 sq metres straightforward job no insulation is needed this is in a garage under the roof line - Due date: Flexible
