On the photo you can see our lounge area. We would like to build a wall and "enclose" this room.

I need an experienced plasterer to help with the following tasks as we had some ceiling removed after a new air conditioning system was installed. 1. Main Ceiling (1.5m x 2m) • Reinstall existing insulation in the ceiling space. • Install a new Gyprock panel (1.5m x 2m). • Patch, sand, and paint the repaired area to match the surrounding ceiling. 2. Additional Repairs Two small sections in different rooms, approximately 50cm x 50cm, need fixing (Gyprock installation, patching, sanding, and painting). A narrow section 80cm x 2cm along a return air grill also needs to be repaired and painted to match.

I have removed a tile splashback in the bathroom and need the area plastered and ready to paint. Area measures 30x200cm.

We have some urgent solid wall plaster work for some archways and internal walls as part of a renovation. It is urgent as we have flooring being laid on Wednesday and our plasterer is unwell so unable to do the work which needs to be completed ASAP. Is probably a one day job. - Due date: Needs to be done on Monday, 11 December 2023

Quote to plaster the wall as per the pictures

I’m needing assistance with repairing some cracks in my bedroom ceiling (for upcoming bond inspection) that have resulted from a pressure-mounted dance pole that was previously in place. The cracks seem quite superficial but I need to provide confirmation to the property manager that there has been no damage to the structural integrity of the ceiling. Looking for someone who can check that the joist is stable and then repair the cracks in plaster. Bonus if you are able to paint over the plaster as well given the property manager is able to clarify the specific colour required. Cost price is negotiable and may be higher or lower depending on level of work required following brief check of the single joist/extent of damage. Open to offers!
