We had 3 old ceilings collapse and we now need to replace them. There are two main rooms: Kitchen is 5.5 x 3m Dining room 2.8m x 3m There is also a walk in pantry area that is an L shape 1.6m x 3.3m however half of it comprised the underside of a set of stairs which we'd like to attach gyprock to (this is 800mm x 2m) You will need to supply gyprock and materials to fit off to existing timber ceiling structure and stairs then plasterer, sand etc to make good the area ready for painting. We will provide cornice to match/complement the existing.

Old fancy cornice needs to have remedial plasterwork on one ceiling wall. The whole wall needs to be scraped back patched and repainted with white waterproof paint (inc cornice). Skirting boards need patching and repainting + 2 new French doors need to be repainted in Blue, - Due date: Before Friday, 18 March 2024
