Our king mattress is very dense, and can't bend. The height between the stairs and the ceiling is about 15cm too low. I want to investigate angling the ceiling to the same angle as the stairs to give a bit more room. After a bit of Googling it seems we need to add a slope to the bulkhead.

Patch a hole approx 300x 300 mm

We had a roof leak whilst we were away and 1 plasterboard sheet under the leak requires replacement. We will repaint after works so scope is to remove existing damage and replace plasterboard and patch joins.

Need the walls and ceiling and floor redone ready for waterproofer. Left wall to be a feature wall in waterproof VJ. Dimensions are 3.47x2.26x2.4 Rough in to be done in a week so plastering job for 2-3 weeks time. Please quote for materials + labor and let me know what materials you plan on using. Carry out platering ready for painting of gyprock bulkhead. Size 3 metres x 0.5 metre. Need to supply 4m x internal angle & 3 metres x external angle + mud. To be completed before 7 am Monday 18th November.

Archway cracks in walls from an ex-owner renovation needs to be taped and plastered ready for repainting. Walls have plastering required and some on the ceiling. Probably best for someone in the area to have a look if you’re interested in the work. It’s hard to show in photos

Have a couple of walls that the door handle has gone through the wall. Also have damage along wall where the couch was hitting the wall creating scrapes etc. There is some paint here that was in the property before we moved in I would like to paint over the repairs as well if possible. This is a rental property. If possible before Monday 23rd as that is when bond cleaners are here.
