I have 5 ceiling vents and 2 wall vents to cover with plaster

Plasterer needed to prepare walls for tiles and paint. The main wall will be covered in tile so only hanging required. The rest of the area needs to be finished and ready for paint. I will supply plasterboard.

Replacing plaster thats has waer stained also have some holes after removed wall heater. One spot have leaking issues from roof around skylight.

I am removing cornice in bathrooms and will require new cornices installed. Room sizes are 3.2 x 1.6 and 2.2 x 1.6.

Require cracks in plaster repaired/replaced. Louge room has a crack where the plaster is no longer flush on the wall. Plus 2 x long cracks on ceiling in the lounge room & bedroom. Pictures attached.

Need to get some basic patching done for sale of house.
