We’ve scrapped back the flaking paint (and repainted the ceiling) but we need these two areas plastered and sanded so we can repaint.

Needing a pastors bulkhead over the joinery units (shown in green) Labour to include all materials including framing and plasterboard and setting compound etc We will paint

We have a small bathroom where the plaster board join is showing up as a crack, we need this and an another small crack less than 1m. including painting to hide these for sale of house. We have touch up paint available.

We require decorative plaster cornice installed. See images for ceiling setout requirements. Cornice will be supplied by us

Need 2 curtain rods and brackets installed. drilling into plasterboard and masonry walls. We can do the rest, just need brackets screwed into walls as we don't have the right drill parts.

Plastering of new gyprock on single wall blended with existing plaster and install of 5m length of cornice - Due date: Before Sunday, 10 December 2023

Sheets have been installed, other materials will need to be supplied in quote. Base coat on gyprock areas, villaboard nailed on only. Sand base coat and top coat finish to gyprock area, ~10m2 Joint villaboard, ~3m2 Square set cornice, 5m Patch old skirting board area, 100mm high x 5m Architraves nail heads, damaged spots - Due date: Before Friday, 13 October 2023

Need to repair holes in wall, sand and touch up paint the repaired holes. 2 large holes and various small holes in the garage. Then 3-5 small dents in an upstairs room. Painting- - touch up paint the repaired plaster holes, then touch up paint a front column on the front of the house, then touch up 2 small areas in a bedroom.

Mount TV on a drywall with very little space between the wall and wall behind it. Potentially needs additional wooden frame. We already have the mount. Would like to conceal the cables either in the wall or using a white cable concealing tube.
