A small job painting a ceiling for a hallway with dimensions 543 X 100cm. Plastering section as per photo also required. SOW attached.

We have a 1.5m x 2.5m ceiling section which has been water damaged and cannot be fixed with a simple sand and paint. We need someone to remove the existing section and replace with new gyprock. We have the gyprock panel. Need someone to do plasterwork. No painting required.

I need to coat a small area of ceiling with plaster and make some texture to match it with the rest of the white ceiling.

I am needing some plastering completed in a bathroom as our normal go to is unavailable. New sheet one single join 200mm in from a window 1800 long length and approximately 250 wide. Price negotiable for the right person. Second spot is a corner 1200 long. Has to be completed before Wednesday next week.

We did a service job on a window and damaged the square set gyp rock window surround it’s very minor.

The ceiling area (highlighted in red in the photo) for this plaster job is roughly 38m2 close to the garage door. I am not looking for repair on existing sagging ceiling, This job will need new gyprock for the ceiling. The current ceiling area is sagging due to heat and moisture. There are 3 small holes on other bedroom walls. Please see the second photo. The holes come from an electrician's work earlier. If you can fill up the hole and paint, that would be great.

7 small holes in wall needs repairing. base of kitchen wall needs patching to hide wiring Couple of walls in kitchen needs plastering section of timber cornice and ceiling over cooktop needs replacing/patching. couple of GPOs directly over kitchen bench need to be raised to allow splashback strip to run against benchtop.
