Can anyone fix this situation that was caused by moving furniture?

I need an experienced tradesperson to repair or replace a cracked section of cement sheet in the ceiling of my front foyer. The cracked area measures 310cm x 90cm up to the joint. The job can either: Cut out and replace the entire cracked section, or Patch and repair the cracked area, whichever provides the best result. Requirements: Must be skilled in working with cement sheet and appropriate fasteners/joints. Supply all materials and tools needed for the job. curtain pulled out two holes in the celling (gyprock), need help to patch the hole and put the curtain back. pain or not, both are fine. only need the curtain to function. optional: to pull the sticker out, and pain the mark.

Seeking a handy person to brick up the approx 30x70cm hole left from an aircon unit removal. The wall is double brick and we would like it to rendered/tidied up on the exterior and plastered on the inside.

Wall is 6m x 2 m Current wall is plasterboard and is always getting repaired as children are kicking a soccer ball at it, so it needs to be stronger. It was suggested to me that we should place an MDF board on top (and then paint) to give it the extra toughness it needs. Only one side of the wall is required.

I am looking for a quote. I recently had an air-conditioning system installed. The air-conditioning technician had to make some holes in order to install. 3 Ceiling holes • 1 x less than A4 paper size hole • 2 x larger than A4 paper size hole 1 Wall hole • 1 x iPhone size hole I still have some of the leftover gyprock when the technician cut them out.

A wall that has suffered water damage needs to be tidied up with plastering. Feel free to quote painting as well but not necessary.

So might need you to cut the other 3. 2. There are a couple of holes that need to be professionaly patched. Rough size of wall sockets . And 2 corner patches 3. There are 6 ceiling downlight holes that need to be professionally patched. See images attached to get an idea of the above description. I will need evrything done including sanding etc so it needs to be paint ready.. I will paint after. So painting is not required.

I have just recently had some electrical work done and patching done. I just need someone to come in and sand back some spots and paint the ceilings and walls where the work has been done. I've got the same colour paint for the walls, but I don't have ceiling white for the rooms or bathroom, so just thought it would be easier for someone who has that paint on hand, sanding and painting experience. There might be one or two small spots that need plastering as well, but very minor. If you have the equipment, this shouldn't be more than a two hour job I'd say.
