Roof was cleaned, repointed and painted 18months ago. It looks great on outside but it is still leaking any time we get heavy rain and damaging the ceiling inside when it leaks. We were advised it was likely due to the tile clips directly above the leaks on ceiling. We removed some of these ourselves but still leaking. Need a plaster finisher to do sanding only of all the newly plastered joints in my downstairs area. Consists of bathroom ceiling, 3 other rooms walls and ceilings and a large passageway, walls and ceilings. Not all ceilings need to be sanded, maybe 30%. Some minor blemish touch ups to be done. I need this to be done urgently.
