Roof was cleaned, repointed and painted 18months ago. It looks great on outside but it is still leaking any time we get heavy rain and damaging the ceiling inside when it leaks. We were advised it was likely due to the tile clips directly above the leaks on ceiling. We removed some of these ourselves but still leaking. Due to renovations we’ve taken an external door away and am now needing to finish the interior wall. Also have had to cut away all tiles and now needing to re gyprock those sections. Had intentions on doing it ourselves though due to some unplanned issues time got away from us. Painter coming Monday so ideally by then or early week. Pictures of the wall as it was before (we’ve removed the kitchen) though might be best to inspect and discuss. Need a plaster finisher to do sanding only of all the newly plastered joints in my downstairs area. Consists of bathroom ceiling, 3 other rooms walls and ceilings and a large passageway, walls and ceilings. Not all ceilings need to be sanded, maybe 30%. Some minor blemish touch ups to be done. I need this to be done urgently.

To complete strip half way finished of 4 small rooms in shed. All doors and most gyprock removed now and steel frame still remaining . Take down only , rubbish will be removed separately .
