Looking for someone to supply and install 10mm thick gyprock to all ceilings and only 2 walls (back to back) at my house renovation. The ceiling is approx 33sqm and the walls are a total of approx 33sqm. this area is made up of a hallway and two bedrooms. The other walls will be having VJ panels on them. The wall that will be gyp rocked has a curve in it and photo 2 shows the curved framing for size. i would like two sheets of 6mm gyp rock to be applied to the curve and all sheets screwed in as well as adhesive. When plastering there is no need for perfect corners as i will be installing cornice and skirtings, just need to find them. The walls are 2750mm high and the skirting will take up 130mm and the cornice about the same.

2.4m x 1.4m wall and small portion of ceiling and corner on left hand side, where the downpipe is located (see photos) to be replastered/gyprocked. Small tiled area to be removed too. Current water outlets will be moved to 50mm above floor - near drain, prior to this job. Paint and cornice not needed. Job to be completed prior to Friday 29th lunchtime, but preferably on Thursday 28th

External painting: 1) Paint front fence and gate per pic (Metalwork in Domino) 2) Prep/ patch and paint front wall on left of front door and same wall upstairs. There is old water damage that needs to be smoothed/ plastered before painting per pictures 3)Prep and paint underside of front balcony 4) Paint eyebrows above front window and door 5) Paint window pane above front door 6) Prep and paint front window + french door upstairs Internal painting: 7) Prep and paint internal hallway walls, scrape away water damage and fix cracks per pictures

Replace approx 600x1700mm section of plasterboard ceiling, cut around chimney. Supply and fit approx 4 linear metres cornice along wall around chimney and/ or replace cornice around entire if existing can't be matched.

Supply and install 2 lengths of plaster cornice in laundry. (Using sikaflex so they don’t fall off again! :) - Due date: Flexible

Weve had some built-in wardrobes removed and we need someone to repair the damage left behind. There is some minor damage to the wall, but a part of the ceiling needs patching. The cornice also needs to be repaired and we've already sourced a matching length of that. - Due date: Before Thursday, 8 June 2023
