Please quote the cost of just cutting and re-plastering. Our house ceilings have been damaged by water. There is one ceiling that has a hole in it and beside it the ceiling has curved down by the damage. We were told we have to replaster the whole ceiling (not just the area where the damage is) as it is unstable. Another ceiling is also damaged and has a hole.
