1.Replace old ceiling 8m2 affected by water about. 2. Remove pilling paint from two walls and cornices, fix the cracks, paching holes and cracks ready for painting. Each wall is 7.2 m2.

We require someone to repair a water damaged patch of ceiling approx. 2m x 1m. The patch needs replacing/replastering (no painting required) (the leak has now been repaired). NB: Very high ceiling - probably 12 feet high.

Please see images for scope of work. Most of that will be behind a new built in wardrobe, so just need a simple patch up and removal of skirting boards. Dimensions are 204cm x 136 (around the corner) and plasterboard is 5mm. If you have time either Wednesday or Friday this week that would be great. Cheers, Celia
