Hi there. We had a ceiling fan installed, however, it was placed by the contractor in the wrong position so we have had the ceiling fan removed but now have a rough patch job on the ceiling that needs to be properly addressed per below: 1. Repair the damage caused. 2. Application of plaster, sanding, primer and paint to colour match. 3. Ensure that the entire floor and room are appropriately covered with drop sheets, and leave clean and tidy after the services.

We require someone to repair a water damaged patch of ceiling approx. 2m x 1m. The patch needs replacing/replastering (no painting required) (the leak has now been repaired). NB: Very high ceiling - probably 12 feet high.

Please see images for scope of work. Most of that will be behind a new built in wardrobe, so just need a simple patch up and removal of skirting boards. Dimensions are 204cm x 136 (around the corner) and plasterboard is 5mm. If you have time either Wednesday or Friday this week that would be great. Cheers, Celia
