Kitchen: - Cut away water affected area of ceiling - Fix new with 10mm plasterboard - Set and sand all joints ready to paint - Apply one coat of sealer to the new plasterwork Front Porch: - Go on the roof and remove old silicone from the edge where the roof meets the concrete slab - Fix new silicon to stop water penetrating through - Apply one coat of paint to the face of the slab below the pergola roof to match existing - Protect floors and furniture with drop sheets - clean up work area and dispose of all rubbish - No allowance to move any furniture Will need business details, insurance, public liability, this is for strata building so will need to be certified tradesman. Invoicing for works and can arrange to inspect prior to works

I need a handy man who can install 4m2 of plaster - 5lm of cornice and paint 14 m2 of ceiling and cornice

I've removed our built in wardrobe, and would like the outer frame including ceiling section removed. The walls and ceiling replastered and cornice installed - as if the built in wardrobe as never here. Painting is not required Approx. 3.2m in length.

The cornice is made of plaster and requires to be secured back, possibly with a screw to support future house movement. I am looking for someone who has the equipment (ladder platform/scaffold/lift) to access this cornice via a Void area. Touch up with ceiling paint if needed (I will supply the paint).
