Two painting tasks; - paint recently applied VJ board on wall. Two separate areas. Both areas are approx 2.2m wide, with standard ceiling height. I have the interior paint. See photos for reference. - paint recently built step. Step is merbau timer that is next to existing deck. Step is approx 3.5m wide, 40cm deep, 30cm tall. I have paint to match existing deck. See photo for reference. One small plaster/patch/paint task; - there are two small holes in the ceiling from old down lights that have been removed. These holes need to be patched and painted to blend in with existing ceiling. I have the paint. See photos for reference.

Have 2 small holes in wall that need fixing before house inspection on 2/7. One is 10c piece size and other is gold ball size. Have paint match to paint over once been plastered over

Approx 3.0 x 2.4 wall needs plastering plus approx 5 lineal mtrs of 120mm wide gap in ceiling needs patching 3 other small patches to also be done

Completing renovation, looking for reliable plasterer available in the Miami area who can work at an hourly rate

I have removed 2 walls to open up a bedroom and installed the plasterboard to the affected walls and ceiling. The remaining work is the finishing/plastering work. It is a reasonably sized job. - Due date: Flexible

Need a few holes and damage around the house patched ready for sanding. Also need screws topped so I can sand and paint. Just need to get it to a point that I can sand and paint. Probably half a days work with quick set. I have spare plaster here.

Old kitchen has just been removed along with splash back and portion of wall adjoining the lounge room. Both sections need re-plastering and finishing including cornice in preparation for a new splash back and painting. Wall is not load bearing and materials will need to be supplied.
