Water ingress has damaged some of the plasterboards in the ceiling and they need replacing, sanding and painting. The flat is on the third floor in a walk up block. Am looking for a quote as it's an insurance job, then job will be allocated.

The PowerPoint in the wall has ripped out because our framed picture above fell on top of it. The PowerPoint wiring is fine that is not damaged. I need someone to put back the PowerPoint back into the wall securely and cleanly.

Re plaster holes left after a split Airconditioner was removed (ordinary plaster). Will need to be repainted. A couple of gaps very small ones to be filled in ceiling Larthe and Plaster ceiling

The wooden handrail came off the wall and requires some plastering to reconnect it. The top join is loose and can't be screwed back in (loose, plaster is eroded). We unscrewed the other joins so it didn't rip off more plaster due to the weight of the railing. I'm not sure if it's screwed into wood behind the plaster for strength. - Due date: Flexible

Hang 3 large framed prints onto a plasterboard wall. Provide correct hooks. Prints weigh approx 12kg and measure 160cm H x 115cm W. Previous experience hanging art required. - Due date: Before Monday, 2 January 2023

Our small study (3.46 x 3.63m) needs an overhaul: 1. Remove the shelves and cupboards (as per picture) which are attached to the wall in our study. 2. Build skirting board where cupboards are being removed (see picture) 1 x 53cm and 1 x 137cm. 3. Plaster the wall from which these items were removed. 4. Plasterer or handyman required to fix 3 rooms with holes in walls from split system installation. No painting required.

We removed a wardrobe and need the wall patched. There is also repairs needed from the door handle. We will put skirting boards on after the plastering.

I have an under staircase room that I'm wanting to improve. I need: * New plasterboarding of the full interior, with new skirtings * The installation of a new powerpoint towards the rear of the space * The installation of a new overhead light (already wired) * Painting of the finished area * (There might be some other minor bits such as the door frame and additional lighting options, would need to be discussed in-person). * There are other similar projects I need work on, but to quote separately

1) crack in plaster in ceiling (16" ceiling) crack is 18" long 2) basement wall opened up to fix a pipe - repair plaster & and skirt (I have a replacment length) needs replacing where we cut it out. 3) 4" - mistake I meant to say 4 feet but it is more like 3 meters of water damage plaster just above skirting boards - paper lifted and some bubbling - repair
