The main job is plaster repair of the wall in the photo. We hung a heavy wall mounted cabinet off the wall and to do it removed the plasterboard in a neat rectangle with a sharp blade and then screwed in some hardwood. The hardwood shown does NOT sit proud. It sits recessed by a few mm. So possibly it can be plastered directly over. You can get a sense for the size of it from the Air Con above it. That is a small aircon unit for a small bedroom. Beyond this there is a small plaster repair near the architrave of a window and there are about 20 screw holes around the house, which will be marked with blue tape, from paintings we had hanging that have now been removed. We can provide access to the house almost any time between now and the end of the weekend. I imagine for an experienced plasterer it would not take more than 30 minutes. We need the finish to be flush/sanded and ready to paint. You are not painting. We need it done by the end of the weekend ideally. I’m wanting to have a wall professionally done. I will need two / three mini holes in the wall filled after my mirror is removed. My studio lease is ending so it needs to be perfectly perfect. We need some plastering work done. We have a couple of ceiling panels that have been removed as well as a hole in one wall, so we need these replaced. The area of the removed ceiling panels is about 5m2 and the wall area is about 4m2. It is probably also relevant to know that the sheeting panels that were removed were attached to the underside of the original wood ceiling of the house, so the replacement plastering work would also need to do this. Our training studio wall needs some love. In need of plaster and repaint. Ideally looking for a long term solution to reinforce wall (only black portion where there are holes). Potential idea is to use plywood to reduce gap between surface wall and supporting. If you have knowledge around this would be willing to go off your advice on this. Please get in touch! We have moved offices and I need help removing tv brackets, and patching 5 walls where tv units have been fixed to a wall. These walls then need to be sanded and painted. I have the paint but no plaster, sanding, or tools to remove the TVs.
