Small hole (2x5cm) in plasterboard wall needs repair

Looking for a plasterer who can skim coat 4 bathroom walls (10 square metres total) to get rid of the current wall texture (see images). Would love the final walls to be finished so that we could paint directly on without any further sanding / prep.

I would like to fix up the falling plaster issue and repaint this living room. There are a few holes to patch up. I’d also like to remove that sliding door completely before painting - please let me know in quote if you could do that too or if I need to post it as a separate job.

Looking for someone to come a fix my ceiling/ plaster it. There’s a hole in the roof from the previous plasterer reviewing the leak. The ceiling appears to be soft timber.

We have a plaster ceiling rose (10kg) and a pendant chandelier (-8kg) which we need mounted on a. Plaster roof. Electrical Cable already run and currently hanging from ceiling (see pic). A hole has also been cut in the in the floor on the level above to give access to the rafters and wires in the void above where the chandelier is going. We need someone (preferably licensed electrician who is also a handyman/plasterer/carpenter type) to: 1. Mount the rose 2. Mount and wire up the chandelier 3. Re-seal the hole in the floor above where access to the roof void has been given 4. Make sure it’s all neat and tidy. Hi after an experienced and quality handyman to mount simple curtain rod onto plaster and brick wall, and, fix multiple broken and cracked plaster around window reveal, squaring off the corners nicely. Not required to paint over as will be done separately.
