Replace section of roof plaster, approximately 2x1m (around extraction fan - unless the whole 4x1m section is compromised), patch a hole from the removal of an air con unit, and prep for painting.

2 small repairs to an internal wall at a property I used to rent need to be colour matched and painted. Its a cream colour.

Plaster board has a hole maybe as big as a fist. Needs repairing.

We had someone come and do some plastering and hadn’t finished… did an awful job and we want it completed now. I have the materials to complete the job - just need someone to do it well.

Patch up a hole in ceiling and light paint so it’s not an eye sore. We are selling an apartment in a complex and this hole is right out the front of it. We have had the ok from Body Corp to just patch it up so it doesn’t look so bad

We have a small 2x2m covered walkway between our house and garage. We have needed to cut away a small portion of this roof to install a battery. Other parts of this plaster are sagging. We would now need this repaired. We are seeking replacement of the plaster for the entire 2 meter square area as well as repair of the roof edging. The photos show how the roof is buckling. It’s just this small area. We would like some flashing installed against the house at the same time as repairing the roof and plaster if possible.
