We have a small 2x2m covered walkway between our house and garage. We have needed to cut away a small portion of this roof to install a battery. Other parts of this plaster are sagging. We would now need this repaired. We are seeking replacement of the plaster for the entire 2 meter square area as well as repair of the roof edging. The photos show how the roof is buckling. It’s just this small area. We would like some flashing installed against the house at the same time as repairing the roof and plaster if possible.
