Last tenant was evicted and the place needs a tidy. Plaster touch up. Some paint retouching to blend in. Some silicone in a few places. Repaint small gate. Possible stairs and floor revarnish. Just need a cheap tidy up before next tenant

I need plastering done in my apartment and this includes a few wall holes due to electrical work, a hole where an air conditioning unit was removed, some minor cracking in the suspended ceiling and a manhole area. I also require a person to install skirting (materials purchased and cut to size) in addition to some pictures hung and touch up painting. There are a few other smaller jobs in addition to this but if you are qualified to do this then the other parts will be easy. It is where an exhaust fan to the outside was in an en suite. The new fan is in the ceiling. It has a board over the hole where the previous fan was but it looks unsightly. I want it to look like a normal wall.

Patching a rendered wall and old limestone wall - Due date: Flexible

I need some indoor plaster on the side of my stairs approximately 2m squared; there is already cement from old tiles on the MDF that is attached to the staircase. The MDF is like cemented on not nailed on; so was wanting it all smoothed over some how and then painted white the same with the gold wall of possible please :) I was also wandering what it would cost to get the gold wall replace red as well thanks so much - Due date: Flexible

I've managed to rip a plaster picture rail off a wall in my Mount Lawley home. I've sourced a company that can mould a new replacement rail, but will need somebody to affix it to the wall - I don't know if this involves glue or more plaster etc. I've got a painter to sort out the painting and wall patching afterwards. Images are of the wall where the rail has come off, and the rail on another wall. - Due date: Flexible
