Just moved into a rental, need some picture hooks installed without chundering the walls!!

Removed the skirting to install flooring. There’s a bunch of damage, mostly torn plaster/pains and depressions or holes and nail holes. All the skirting is gone. I need it patched up with plaster and about 35m of new plain skirting board installed and painted.

We recently had tiles and cabinetry taken off the wall and its left the wall uneven. We need the old rangehood hole plugged up and the wall smoothed over in prep for a splashback on the lower section and paint in the upper sections.

I had guys who were coming yesterday but were 5 hours late so I need 80 sheets of plaster board moved inside , there is about 17 stairs and not difficult , plaster sheets are 3.6 x1350

After changing down lights, removing a wall and hanging TV, patchwork is needed at my apartment on the plasterboard, please refer to the photos.

Slowly renovating an old art deco apartment that has intricate and beautiful ceilings and architraves that have developed cracks and peeling plaster over time. Ideally would like to fix and restore rather than replace. Main work is living room and main bedroom. Photos show living room (cream colored walls) and bedroom (blue walls) Not urgent so very flexible with timing. Would prefer to get a quote for work first and go from there.

Due to our bathroom leaking, we have needed to remove and replace a large portion of our cabinetry. In doing these renovations, we have decided to reconfigure some of the cabinetry, and as such, have some areas that require patching and painting please. Please see photos attached. Need this job done as soon as possible. Paint can be supplied.

Cable channel to be run behind wall directly behind TV to floor Wall channel to be cut out, channel and cables to be inserted and wall to then be replastered I’ve been advised that the wall only has 5mm of room before it’s direct onto concrete or jib rock - Due date: Flexible

1x hairline crack in ceiling to be patched and painted. 1x crack and paint peeling on ceiling to be patched and painted. Must be done before Friday at the latest. - Due date: Before Friday, 24 November 2023

We have constructed a new internal wall and would like insulation and plastering works done. Wall is 4.2metres at the highest point and 2.4m at the lowest point Require knauf soundstop insulation r2.7 square set around the window - Due date: Before Thursday, 3 August 2023

Need a plasterer to top coat 3 sections of wall in laundry. Will be painted over so need a smooth flat finish. Cash job and would like it done within 2 weeks. Please quote

Need plastering done of 3 walls in a commercial space. Asbestos identified on one of the walls. Previous tenant used trim to cover joins - just need plastered over existing joins. Due date: Before Wednesday, 10 May 2023
