I have removed the existing Styrofoam cornice and require someone to install new plaster cornices in the open kitchen/living spaces of my unit. Approx 37 lineal metres with 10 internal corners and 6 external corners. Cornice to be supplied by tradesperson, profile to be discussed (something simple though). It will need to be about 100mm high to cover over gap left my demo of original. There is also some taping/patching to be done on the longest wall - horizontal crack runs span at about 7.6m and a vertical crack about 1200mm high. Removal of old smoke alarm in living area and installation of the new quell one in living area. Set up & testing to ensure they all work. 2) bathroom ceiling repair and repaint Bathroom ceiling is starting to peel and bubble above the shower. It does this every 6-7 years. Scrape off flaking areas, clean/prep of area, re-plaster/sand to smooth and repaint ceiling. Pics included of the flaking.
