Every time the shower is used, after a couple of minutes water starts dripping from the ceiling below the shower. For an average shower time, the total water may amount to a third of a glass full. But as you will see from the ceiling photo, it has damaged the plasterboard ceiling. The damaged area would be around 200mm in length but you can see it's unsightly and needs fixing.
