In my bedroom where the curtain was fitted to the wall, I accidentally put too much strain on the curtain and the plaster broke and now I cant put the curtain bar back again. l've attached 3 photos. The far left joint is bad the middle is partially bad. And the far right is intact. I've put 2 red crosses on the images where it's broken and green tick to show how it's supposed to be ( far right)

Need to complete job - redo plastering and sanding ready for painting - one section apprx 350mm sq and another approx 20mm x 40mm

fix ceiling /plaster a portion to prevent water leakage when rain is heavy accompanied by wind. water seeps through cornice area and some drops through ceiling need to debug and figure out root cause of the problem and fix it.

I had a leak in the roof from a cracked room tile - I need this patch in the roof patched/re plastered and painted. It’s pretty minor but I don’t want it to mould and spread etc. I already have the matched paint for the job. The leak issue itself is already fixed I.e roof tile has been replaced

Plastering required either tomorrow (Fri 2/8) or next week for three walls in an office in Nunawading. Two walls are approx 3400 x 4600, one is a triangle 2100 high on tall side, 2800 long.

Hi, I've replaced two ceiling lights with downlights and need plastering for the holes in the ceiling, along with some touch-up painting. The location is Nunawading, VIC 3131. Picture attached for reference. I need to repair these holes in two locations in the living room.

Replastering of a wall - include removal and disposal of current timber panel cover. Property has been vacated, so no furniture to move around (1st picture with black wall was taken quite recently before vacating, not sure if you can see the timber panel in the middle). The hole was the size of an ex wall heater that had been subsequently disconnected & removed (please refer to second picture just for an indication of size).

Due to leaking rain Cut out the damaged pasta and repatch and paint
