Apply Damp Stop (avail on site). - ceiling - sand back and plaster a small crack - sand back recently plastered areas ready to paint Painting x 1 coat only required - all walls (4 litres Dulux Antique white USA) is available onsite - ceiling (1 litre flat white ceiling paint available onsite).

Require a fyrcheck ceiling to be installed across approximately 11 square metres in the same room. Materials supplied.

Remove existing built in decorative shelf and patch up wall. If possible reinforce for tv to be mounted.

Small patch up job from paint/wall damage

We have a few holes in our walls from screwing into masonry, and areas where paint has come off where we have had posters on the wall that we need to be plastered and painted over. As you can see in these images the general wall condition is not fantastic but we are coming to end of lease and need to cover.

Need a handyman/woman for plaster touch ups to be sanded back (we did this DIY and it’s messy). Then possible needs some paint to touch up the walls where the plaster has been sanded. - Due date: Flexible
