Around 40sq mt of ceiling needs to be skimmed. It originally had stippled ceiling which has been sanded back (some completely flat, some still slightly textured)

We are getting a new kitchen installed on the 20th. The old one came out and there are a few gaps where an old corner pantry was and where cornice was removed and small bits of damage on parts of the wall.
