We had a roof leak and now that it is fixed, we want to repair the damage caused by water. Ceiling Gyprock needs to be replaced and re plastered.

Gyprock worker needed to patch some areas in wall and replace board in small area. And also sending the wall and make it ready for painting. All items are here except boards. We have skirting and it has to be installed. Need to adjust timber which is slightly bent

I need a previous repair to be fixed so it looks brand new. I hole in the wall was repaired with a square infill of gyprock, filled, bogged, sanded painted etc but it was not a good job. I HAVE MATCHING PAINT!!

Soundproof pads, self adhesive to ceiling, left adhesive residue. Remove adhesive from gyprock ceiling and re-paint. Area is approximately 5m x 2.5m of partial adhesive. Total ceiling to repaint white is approximately 5m x 5m (approximately 25sqm). Please quote.

I have gotten new curtain tracks put in to my Physiotherapy clinic. The old tracks have been removed, and have left holes/imperfections in the ceiling that need plugging and repainting. I have the paint available. Area of ceiling = 4.8m x 2.4m

2 Walls around 2 meters altogether. Wall 1: ~ 85 cms. It needs fixing at the bottom area, maybe 50 cm from the bottom. Wall 2: ~1.15 Mts. It needs fixing at the bottom area, maybe 13 cm, and on the right-hand side. Check the pictures, please. Maybe plastering and/or rendering is required. NO PAINTING. I will expect to have a similar texture to the rest of the wall. Successfully finishing the task may lead to additional task(s) almost immediately after this one is done.
