Need an experienced carpenter to help with installing plasterboard and fibre cement sheets on internal walls of area 115sqm approximately and ceiling with an approximate area of 27sqm. Plasterboards and fibre cement sheets will be provided. Work will also require the joints between sheets to be sealed and sanded. Work will be across 2 rooms, a kitchen, laundry, living room and hallways. Cornice will need to be installed as well along all the edges between the wall and ceiling with total length of approximately 68m. Cornice will be provided. Internal angle plaster trim to be installed on the corner of plasterboards. We will provide the plaster trim required. Plasterboard size - 3m or 3.6m (length) x 1.2m (width) with 10mm & 13mm thickness for some areas. Plasterboard wet area size - 2.7mx1.2mx13mm Ceiling plasterboard size - 3m x 1.2m 10mm Villaboard Cement Sheet (bathroom & laundry) size - 2400x1200x6mm We will also provide tape, screws, top coat, base coat and metal corner bead. Would like the work to be completed anytime as soon as possible after 14th of Dec. Do let me know how many days you think this job will take to complete and when you can start the job.

2 Walls around 2 meters altogether. Wall 1: ~ 85 cms. It needs fixing at the bottom area, maybe 50 cm from the bottom. Wall 2: ~1.15 Mts. It needs fixing at the bottom area, maybe 13 cm, and on the right-hand side. Check the pictures, please. Maybe plastering and/or rendering is required. NO PAINTING. I will expect to have a similar texture to the rest of the wall. Successfully finishing the task may lead to additional task(s) almost immediately after this one is done.
