ceiling of the living room was water damaged a few years ago, there is now this visible bump/crack. Need to supply and replace the damaged section. Approximately 200x150cm. Will require to be cut out, hung then painted. Labor and materials all included.

We need someone to come and stick up a couple of Ikea curtain rods in our outdoor studio over the sliding door. (see pics). It only requires the fitting of 3 brackets and both curtain rods then attach to those brackets. (one for a sheer curtain and one for a block-out) They are relatively light ikea curtain rods and we have all the fixings. I just want to make sure whoever does it knows how to fix them into plasterboard so that they don't just pull out afterwards. Thanks a lot. (I had agreed the job with someone previously but we couldn't find a time when he was available to do it this week, so I have applied to cancel task)

I have several large frames which need to be hung on my brick walls and also on my plaster walls. You need different types of hooks and screws etc to hang my frames. There are roughly 8 frames to be hung and then a very heavy mirror. Ideally I need a professional who knows what they’re doing.

I have two garage shelving units that need: (1) assembling, and (2) anchoring to a plasterboard wall in the garage. They are “Pinnacle 1830 x 1500 x 410mm 5 Tier Adjustable Shelving Unit” Assembly is with a rubber mallet only. Shelving height to match existing heights of a third shelving unit, that is already assembled. (See photo of garage) Should be a very quick task. Space will be cleared in advance

Need some help with packing down a shop! Tasks: 1. Disasemble rails with Allen key 2. Take our security cams down - there are currently some covers on top of the electricity cord - remove these 3. Put plaster on the holes Left in the wall where the rails were attached (2 small spots) doesn’t need to be painted 4. There are a handful of small holes in the concrete where our rails were drilled in/attached. Fill these in with some kind of concrete gap filler

Repair 2 small dents/tears in a plaster wall. Must be repaired and painted white for end of lease clean. Must be done on 7th Feb

Had some new windows installed just over 12 months ago in my apartment. The lounge room originally had a door and window, which was removed, (including a section of the wall) to replace them with one big sliding window door. Unfortunately that meant part of the wall was left showing exposed brick and some skirting boards damaged. I need these re-plastered / re-rendered, so I can re-paint. The section of wall that is exposed is right on a corner of the wall and has been temporarily tilled with expanding foam to stop cold air getting into the apartment. - Due date: Before Sunday, 11 February 2024
