You will supply all necessary hooks and or wall mates required to ensure stability of plates. Photos attached for reference. Again, light switch is currently attached to old architrave and needs to be replaced. • laundry window required architraves. Bullnose. Window Size taken prior to demo is 1290wx1130h •Toilet window requires architraves. Size unknown. Small toilet window. I require a bathroom ceiling to be replastered and laundry ceiling and walls (asbestos already will be removed. Certified.) Bathroom ceiling 1960 X 1800 Laundry + toilet 3700 x1780 (total incl of toilet) I have not got the height dimensions. All bathroom ceiling plaster will be taken away and completed with clean finish around plumbing. Left clean ready for cabinetry installation and painting. You will supply the materials.
