The exit sign is hanging on its cable. The exit sign has two screws that was attached to the ceiling that is made of plastboard. Need the ceiling fixed and sign installed back.

Due to repairing bathroom leaking, the plasterboard ceiling in our laundry room has got a hole as shown in the picture, we need an handman help us to replace some plasterboard to fill the hole and re-painting the ceiling. The laundry room is 1.5x3.5M in size as shown in the picture. (paint can be available if required)

Just found a bumpy line on plaster wall. I would like to know the root cause(damp?) and how much to fix the root issue and the wall. Thx - Due date: Flexible

Old fireplace renovation, Cut the edge brick and plaster & painting. Install an electrical fireplace. there is an existing power connection. Cut bricks in the red circle in the picture and make it in line with the upper finish. - Due date: Flexible

removing gyprock and top and side studs to prepare walk in robe for fitout.

The mirror has come with a bracket that needs to be drilled into the gyprock wall. The nails for the wall were not provided due to different wall types, so will need 5 of those. Also need a cross-head screwdriver to screw the 5 provided small screws into the back of the mirror. Please see pictures for more info.

My ceiling in dining room is flaking minimally, and the ceiling in the kitchen starting to flake. Some gyprock needs to be repaired between the ceiling and the wall. Also a 12cm X 8cm flaked area on the wall needs repairing. I am also considering the painting of a lowboy with drawers.
